The processing of the domestically procured - typically poplar logs - is mainly carried out on automatic log processing machine lines (STORTI , COSTA)
Although the production of industrial pallets is more difficult to organize than EUR pallets, they can better satisfy the customers’ needs and are typically cheaper.
We started drying pallets in 1999 to satisfy the ever-growing demands of the market. We have 3 separated drying chambers and two separated boilers with 1000 KW capacity.
In the spring of 2009, we started the production of poplar furniture panels, blockboards.
Available thicknesses 10,1-24,8 mm.
Available dimension:
max. 1890x3690 mm
Raw material: poplar wood of Hungarian origin
Sawmill capacity: ~12e m3 lumber / year
Pallet production capacity: ~ 400 000 pallets per year
Wood processing: Automatic, serial cutting saw lines
(COSTA, STORTI, ARTIGLIO)
Assembling pallets: Automatic and manual nailing
Pallet storage capacity: 20,000 pcs + pallet storage
Pallet drying and heat treatment (ISPM15) capacity:
Simultaneous drying and/or heat treatment (IPPC) of 13,000 + pallets
During the processing of the raw material, 53-58% lumber is obtained from 1 m3 of raw material, depending on the size. The remaining 47-42% of the material is formed into fibrous or mixed waste and sawdust.
From fibrous waste, we produce chips with a homogeneous fraction being also suitable for industrial purposes. Mixed waste and sawdust are used as fuel for biomass-fired boilers that we also use to function our own boilers. Our further plans include the production of pellets or bio briquettes from this waste.
